Senture LLC, Feed the Children, and Community Christian Church distributed a semi-truck of food, essentials, personal care items, and additional products to over 300 families this morning.

Mayor Weddle would like to thank those involved for providing security to families in need.

What a fantastic event! These organizations stepped up to be a helping hand to members of the community. We see examples of support and charity often and it is a great reason to be proud of our area.

Mayor Randall Weddle was invited to PT Solutions Physical Therapy to talk about their strive to bring physical, occupational, and speech therapy to everyone who needs it.

They accept all insurance and begin treatment within a day or two of referral, oftentimes the same day. The staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Thank you so much for having us!

Main Street will be closed from 3rd Street to Maple Street starting Thursday Morning at 9 AM. It will remain closed until 6 AM Monday Morning.

Congratulations to London - Laurel Rescue Squad members Shakori Queen, Jacob Hoskins, Brian Hutton, and Trevor Overbay for completing the Confined Space Rescue Technician course.

Many workplaces contain areas that are considered "confined spaces" because while they are not necessarily designed for people, they are large enough for workers to enter and perform certain jobs. A confined space also has limited or restricted means for entry or exit and is not designed for continuous occupancy. Confined spaces include, but are not limited to, tanks, vessels, silos, storage bins, hoppers, vaults, pits, manholes, tunnels, equipment housings, ductwork, pipelines, etc.
