Scott Rose Foundation Playground and Musical Park Dedication Ceremony

A SPECIAL INVITATION

The Scott Rose Foundation, Inc. in partnership with the London Tourism and Convention Commission is inviting everyone to bring their family, especially the children, to attend the RIBBON CUTTING and DEDICATION CEREMONY for the “SCOTT ROSE FOUNDATION PLAYGROUND AND MUSICAL PARK” on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at 10:00 AM located at College Park on University Drive off of Highway 192 in London, Kentucky 40741.

The “SCOTT ROSE FOUNDATION PLAYGROUND AND MUSICAL PARK” is a large beautiful handicap accessible playground for the mentally and/or physically disadvantaged children as well as able bodied children to jointly have an opportunity together to develop, enjoy and have a well-rounded physical, mental, and social life. Be at this dedication to show your support for all the children.

We will have free “SCOTT ROSE FOUNDATION PLAYGROUND AND MUSICAL PARK” souvenir t-shirts for the children as long as they will last, so, please get there early so your child will get one.

We encourage all that have made a financial contribution to the Scott Rose Foundation, Inc., as well as being a participant in the past in Scott Rose Field Day Games, played in the Scott Rose Golf Tournaments and the Scott Rose Softball Tournaments to be at this dedication. Over the years, from these events we have several volumes, with hundreds of pictures for your review.

Also, we invite and welcome all truck drivers that hauled coal to Jim Rose’s Coal Companies and all the employees that worked there also to see this playground and the many improvements that have been made for education and recreation on this property.

We expect a huge turnout for this dedication and we look forward to see you and your family on Saturday, June 10, 2023, 10:00 AM for the dedication of the “SCOTT ROSE FOUNDATION PLAYGROUND AND MUSICAL PARK”.
