NOTICE TO BID
2021 DODGE DURANGO PPV
The London Police Department will receive written sealed bids for the purchase and immediate delivery of two 2021 Dodge Durango AWD Police Pursuit Vehicles. The bids will be received until November 15th at the hour of 10:00 am at The London City Hall, 501 South Main Street London, KY 40741. A list of specifications for the vehicle is on file at the London Police Department 503 South Main Street London, KY 40741.
The bid award will be made on the basis of the lowest and/or best bid, taking into consideration delivery date, availability of service, mechanical warrantees and price. The City of London reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids if, in its judgment, the best interest of the City will be served.
Conflicts of interest, gratuities and kickbacks as defined in KRS 44A.455 are absolutely prohibited. The provisions of these statutes shall be noted and acknowledged by the users of this procurement document. All bids are to be made in accordance with these provisions.
